Privacy Policy

TownRep Test Co (“we”) uses TownRep, a website and customer-management service operated by TownRep LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, to run this website and to answer the calls, texts and requests we receive. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it. TownRep handles that information under its Customer Privacy Policy, which gives the full detail.

What we collect

• What you enter in our contact form: your name, phone number, email, the service you need and your message.
• Which boxes you ticked on the form, with their exact wording, the time, the page, your IP address and your browser, so we can show what you agreed to.
• The texts and calls you exchange with us. When our AI assistant answers a call it says so first, and the call may be recorded and transcribed.

How we use it

Only to deal with the request you made: to reply, quote, schedule and do the work, send the texts you asked for, invoice you, and once the job is done, ask you once for a review. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

TownRep and the providers that run its service for us (hosting, text and call delivery, and AI processing), and anyone the law requires us to disclose it to. TownRep Test Co and TownRep use it as TownRep’s Customer Privacy Policy describes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

We text you only if you ticked “Text me about my request” on our form, or texted us first. See our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as the provider that delivers our texts, is permitted.
