SMS Terms

The program

TownRep Test Co texts the people who contacted us, about the request they made: a confirmation that we received it, replies about the job (some written by our automated assistant, which hands over to a person whenever you ask), a quote with a link to view and accept it, an appointment confirmation, any change to it and a reminder before it, an invoice with a link to pay, and after the work is done, a single request for a review. If you call and we miss it, we may text you once to follow up. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How you agree

By ticking “Text me about my request” on our contact form, or by texting us first. The box starts unticked, and it is optional and not a condition of getting a quote; the form sends your request either way. If we use an AI assistant, the form offers a second box that lets it text or call you about your request, and calls from it may be recorded.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for our texts.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message to stop. You will get one confirmation and no more texts from us. Reply START to begin again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
